ABOUT AMBER
With both professional and personal lived experience with disability, I’ve spent over a decade working in people centred roles within corporate and clinical settings. My “why” has always been about trying to make the world a better, kinder and more inclusive place where we celebrate imperfect perfection.
Then I became a Mama to ✌️ disabled little dudes and fast forward a few years later, I was formally identified as being neurodivergent myself. What a ride!
Now? I’m a proudly neurodivergent Senior Change Practitioner, with a specialisation in neuro-accessibility, closely followed by culture and mindset changes, who works with organisations to create safe spaces where we can all thrive.
I view, experience, and process the world around me very differently. But that’s the point, right?
The way my brain works. The way I feel the world. My differences ARE my strengths.
When I'm not girl bossing? You'll catch me sipping on a soy long mac topped up (that last part is important!) whilst in my other roles as Chief Snack Giver ™️ Wrestling Referee ™️ and Trampoline Judge ™️ (whilst moonlighting as a Board Member, Guest Speaker and Founder!)
